4MRMarket Report: Yes, We're Open!

The Four Mile Run Farmers & Artisans Market (4MRMarket) will be open every Sunday from 9am until 1pm from April 19th through November in Four Mile Run Park at 4109 Mt Vernon Avenue, Alexandria. (click here for directions)

Come on down, the weather should be just fine!
We were nervous about the Hurricane at first, but now it seems we're more likely to have Joaquin Phoenix ruin the market with an incoherent rant against local produce than any sort of tropical disturbance.

So come one, come all!  It will be a cool fall day and most of your favorite vendors will still be in the fold and local musician Dan Barry should still be on stage from 10am-Noon!

Don't forget to bring your unwanted books for the our book sale later this month in support of the Scholarship Fund of Alexandria. And ask about special offers we have for anyone who brings their compost to 4MRMarket throughout October!!

Most of all, come help our intrepid entrepreneurs! They all worked hard to get to 4MRMarket this week whether they end up making it or not.

For a full list of what to expect (with as much certainty as we can muster after a week of apprehension), see below.
